2. TCNT count timing
A. Internal clock operation
A system clock (φ) or three types of clocks (φ/2, φ/4, or φ/8) that divides the system clock
can be selected by bits TPSC2 to TPSC0 in TCR.
Figure 13.10 illustrates this timing.
