9.7.2 Port Data Register C (PDRC)
PDR9 is a general I/O port data register of port C.

PDRC stores output data for port C pins.
If PDRC is read while PCRC bits are set to 1, the
values stored in PDRC are read. If PDRC is read while
PCRC bits are cleared to 0, the pin states are read
regardless of the value stored in PDRC.
