13.3.6 Timer RC I/O Control Register 0 (TRCIOR0)
TRCIOR0 selects the functions of GRA and GRB, and specifies the functions of the FTIOA and
FTIOB pins.

00: Input capture at rising edge at the FTIOB pin
01: Input capture at falling edge at the FTIOB pin
1X: Input capture at rising and falling edges of the FTIOB
pin
