13.3.7 Timer RC I/O Control Register 1 (TRCIOR1)
TRCIOR1 selects the functions of GRC and GRD, and specifies the functions of the FTIOC and
FTIOD pins.

00: Input capture at rising edge at the FTIOD pin
01: Input capture at falling edge at the FTIOD pin
1X: Input capture at rising and falling edges at the FTIOD
pin
