Section 23 Power-On Reset Circuit
This LSI has an on-chip power-on reset circuit. A block diagram of the power-on reset circuit is
shown in figure 23.1.
23.1 Feature
• Power-on reset circuit
An internal reset signal is generated at turning the power on by externally connecting a
capacitor.
