5.3.4 IRQ Sense Control Registers (ISCR16H, ISCR16L, ISCRH, ISCRL)
The ISCR registers select the source that generates an interrupt request at pins IRQ15 to IRQ0 or
pins ExIRQ15 to ExIRQ0.
