8.6.2 Port 6 Data Register (P6DR)
P6DR stores output data for the port 6 pins.

• Normal extended mode (16-bit data bus)
Since the corresponding pins function as
bidirectional data bus pins, the value in these bits
has no effect on operation.
If this register is read, the P6DR values are read
for the bits with the corresponding P6DDR bits set
to 1. For the bits with the corresponding P6DDR
bits cleared to 0, 1 is read.
• Other modes
These bits store output data for the port 6 pins
that are used as the general output port.
If this register is read, the P6DR values are read
for the bits with the corresponding P6DDR bits set
to 1. For the bits with the corresponding P6DDR
bits cleared to 0, the pin states are read.
8.6.3 Port 6 Pull-Up MOS Control Register (P6PCR)
P6PCR controls the port 6 built-in input pull-up MOSs.

when a P6PCR bit is set to 1.
