(2) Port C Output Data Register (PCODR)
PCODR stores output data for the port C pins.

The PCODR register stores the output data for the
pins that are used as the general output port.
(3) Port C Input Data Register (PCPIN)
PCPIN indicates the pin states of port C.

When this register is read, the pin states are read.
Since this register is allocated to the same address as
PCDDR, writing to this register writes data to PCDDR
and the port C setting is changed.
Note: The initial values are determined in accordance with the states of PC7 to PC0 pins.
