23.7.7 Note on the Usage in Software Standby Mode
If this LSI enters software standby mode with the A/D conversion enabled, the content of the A/D
converter is retained and about the same amount of analog supply current may flow as that flows
when A/D conversion in progress. If the analog supply current must be reduced in software
standby mode, clear the ADST bit to disable the A/D conversion.
