4-Axis Machining Example
Below shows a simple block that needs to machined on 4 surfaces. The block has four ¼ in holes with 3/8
counter bore. Both 4” ends need to be machined to size and 5/16 holes drilled thru halfway each side. The
back side needs holes drilled and tapped into the cross 5/16 holes.
