Interface inputs
Machine start inputs:
‘Machine start’ is configurable as a level or pulsed
signal.
Level
12 to 30 Vdc
When input is active probe is switched
on.
Pulsed
12 to 30 Vdc
Part Setter toggles from being
switched on/off. Minimum pulse width
is 10 ms.
See section 5.14 for the full wiring diagram.
Interface outputs
There are four SSR outputs:
Probe status 1
Probe status 2
Error
Low battery/credit
All outputs can be inverted by using switches SW1
and SW2 (see section 3.5 for more info).
SSR outputs specifications:
Maximum ‘on’ resistance = 25 ohm
Maximum load voltage = 30 V
Maximum load current = 100 mA
