12. Submenu "Camera Setting"
a) Function "Pairing"
Each radio camera must be logged on to the screen/DVR; otherwise, reception of the signal of the radio camera is
not possible.
This login process is also called "Pairing".
Each radio camera can be logged on to only one screen/DVR for reasons of safety. It therefore is not pos-
sible to play back the picture/sound signal of a radio camera on two screens/DVRs.
Only one radio camera can be logged on to each channel of the screen/DVR. If a radio camera has already
been registered at a channel, a new registration of a new radio camera will overwrite the present one.
Since only 30 seconds are available for logging on for reasons of safety, the screen/DVR and radio camera should be
in direct proximity to each other. Alternatively, the login process must be performed with a second person.
Proceed as follows:

• The "

"connected".

(about 1 second).
• If the radio camera has been recognised correctly, the OSD menu will be left and the camera picture will be dis-
played on the screen/DVR.
• If the radio camera has not been found (e.g. if the radio camera is out of range or if the button is not pushed within
the 30 seconds), the OSD menu will be left automatically. In that case, start pairing again.
b) Function "Camera On/Off"
Unused channels can be switched off here, e.g. when using only two radio cameras/channels (the screen/DVR per-
mits use of up to four radio cameras/channels). In single-quad or auto mode (see chapter 10. e) and f), the deactivated
channels are not displayed.
Example: If you are using two radio cameras and switch off channels 3 and 4, the arrow buttons "
", or " " can only
switch between channels 1 and 2. The un-assigned channels 3 and 4 (which would only show a black screen) are
not displayed.
