Motion detection is not working correctly
• The screen/DVR recognises motion based on changes in the camera image. This is independent of the ambience
temperatures and the temperature of the moving object (in contrast to conventional PIR sensors).
However, this may cause wrong triggers based on the function principle, e.g. when vegetation moves or brightness
changes quickly (sun/clouds).
• Use a different sensitivity setting.
• Align the radio camera differently.
Memory card is not recognised
• The screen/DVR can only be operated with SD memory cards up to 128 GByte.
• Thescreen/DVRcanonlyhandletheleformatFATorFAT32,butnot,e.g.,NTFS.
• Format the memory card with the corresponding function of the screen/DVR, see chapter 13. c); all data on the
memory card will be lost. Depending on memory card size, formatting may take a while.
• Remove the memory card and insert it again.
• Use a different memory card.
Writing on the memory card not possible
• Check the write protection of the memory card; there is a small slider for this on the memory card.
• If the slider moves very easily, it is possible that the slider moves when the memory card is pushed into the screen/
DVR and write protection is activated by accident.
Recordings cannot be saved
• Is the memory card full? Insert a new, empty memory card.
• If required, activate automatic overwriting of the memory card, see chapter 16. e). The oldest recordings are over-
written with the respective current recording here and will be lost.
If overwriting is deactivated, no further recordings can be saved when the memory card is full.
• Format the memory card with the corresponding function of the screen/DVR, see chapter 13. c). All data saved on
the memory card are lost. Depending on memory card size, formatting may take a while.
• Thescreen/DVRcanonlyhandletheleformatFATorFAT32,butnot,e.g.,NTFS.
• Ensure that you use a fast memory card (at least "Class 4"). This ensures that the speed of the memory card is
sufcienttoensurecontinuousrecordingofthevideodata.
Bad image quality of the recording
• Set a higher image quality or resolution; see chapter 12. c).
