d) Function "Camera brightness"
In this function, the screen brightness for each radio camera can be set separately. This way, brightness differences
of the different radio cameras/channels can be adjusted to each other.
Proceed as follows:
• Brieypushthe"Menu"button(5)onthescreen/DVRorthe"MENU"buttonontheIRremotecontrol.Thenthe
main menu is displayed.
• Use the " " or " "buttontoselectthesubmenu"Camerasetting"andthenbrieypushthe" " button.
• Use the " " or the " "buttontoselectthefunction"CameraBrightness"andthenbrieypushthe" " button.
• Use the " " or the " " buttons to select one of the four channels ("cam 1", "cam 2", "cam 3" or "cam 4").
• Set the desired image brightness with the " " or the " " button. The higher the value, the higher the image bright-
ness of the respective channel in the display of the screen/DVR.
• Conrmthesettingbypushingthe" "buttonbriey.
• The screen/DVR then switches back to the previous menu. If you want to set the image brightness for another
channel, proceed as described above.
• ToswitchonemenulevelbackortoleavetheOSDmenu,brieypushthe"Menu"button(5)onthescreen/DVRor
the "MENU" button on the IR remote control (you may need to push it several times).
e) Function "Anti-icker"
Iftheradiocamerasareinlocationswherelightfromuorescent/energysavinglampsisvisibleinthepicture,there
maybeundesiredickeringeffects.Therefore,youcanusethismenutosetthefrequencyofthemainsvoltageto
avoid such effects.
Proceed as follows:
• Brieypushthe"Menu"button(5)onthescreen/DVRorthe"MENU"buttonontheIRremotecontrol.Thenthe
main menu is displayed.
• Use the " " or " "buttontoselectthesubmenu"Camerasetting"andthenbrieypushthe" " button.
• Use the " " or the " "buttontoselectthefunction"Anti-icker"andthenbrieypushthe" " button.
• Use the " " or the " " button to switch between "50 Hz" and "60 Hz" (frequency of the mains voltage at the site of
operationoftheradiocameras;thisisthefrequencyatwhichuorescentorenergy-savinglamps"icker").
• Conrmthesettingbypushingthe" "buttonbriey.
• The screen/DVR then switches back to the previous menu.
• ToswitchonemenulevelbackortoleavetheOSDmenu,brieypushthe"Menu"button(5)onthescreen/DVRor
the "MENU" button on the IR remote control (you may need to push it several times).
