Operation
a) Making a link (pairing)
Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
Switch the earphones on one of two ways:
- Remove the earphones from the charging case, both earphones will power on and
automatically connect to each other.
- On the left and right headphones, press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds.
Both earphones will power on and automatically connect to each other.
After a short time, RF-BTK-200 appears in the list of available Bluetooth devices on your
device. Select RF-BTK-200.
With some mobile phones it may be necessary after the pairing process to conrm
the link between your mobile phone and the product.
This is normally necessary if you already have at least one other Bluetooth device
registered to the mobile phone or if the mobile phone is connected to another device
(such as a Bluetooth headset).
The link will disconnect if the product or paired Bluetooth device is turned off
or removed from range. When the respective device is turned back on or when
the Bluetooth device comes back into range of the product, the connection is
automatically restored.
The earphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device each time it is
switched on and within range.
To force reconnect a single earphone (left or right), press the multifunction button. A
tone will sound, and the connection will re-establish after approximately 5 seconds.
b) Switching on and off
Switch the earphones on one of two ways:
- Remove the earphones from the charging case, both earphones will power on and
automatically connect to each other.
- On the left and right headphones, press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds.
Both earphones will power on and automatically connect to each other.
Switch the earphones off one of two ways:
- Place both earphones in the charging case and close the lid.
- On the left or right headphones, press and hold the multifunction button for 4 seconds. If
one earphone switches off, the other one will switch off automatically.
c) Caller functions
Picking up a call
Press the multifunction button on the left or right earphone
Ending a call
Rejecting an incoming call
Press and hold the multifunction button on the left or right
earphone until a “call rejected” prompt sounds.
Switch call audio between
smartphone and earphones
During a call, press and hold the right or left multifunction
button until a conrmation tone sounds.
Three way calling
During an incomming call:
Press the left or right multifunction button once to retain
the current call (caller A).
Double-click the left or right multifunction to switch
between callers (caller A / B)
d) Audio playback
Playback/pause Press the multifunction button on the left or right earphone
Next track Double-click the multifunction button on the right earphone
Previous track Double-click the multifunction button on the left earphone
e) Voice control
To activate voice control, press and hold the multifunction approximately 3 seconds until a
signal sounds.
f) Volume control
Volume up: Triple click the right earphone multifunction button.
Volume down: Triple click the left earphone multifunction button.
g) Coupling earphones with each other
The two earphones are already coupled with each other at the factory. If this coupling no longer
exists, proceed as follows:
1. Perform these steps on each earphone separately.
2. Make sure both earphones are switched off.
3. Press and hold the multifunction button until the LED ashes blue.
Care and Cleaning
Always disconnect the charging station from the power supply before cleaning it.
Never use aggressive detergents on the earphones and charging station regularly with a
soft brush.
The earbuds can be removed to clean the earphones.
Troubleshooting
The earphones do not respond to key commands, stop the playback automatically or
cannot be switched on.
The batteries are at. Fully charge the batteries.
No sound.
The volume is set to the minimum.
The device is no longer paired. Repeat the pairing process.
The range (max. 10 m) has been exceeded.
There are dropouts in playback.
The range (max. approx. 10 m) has been exceeded.
Other devices are interfering with radio transmission. Move away from other wireless devices
or devices that may cause high interference (e.g., powerful electric motors, uorescent lamps
and microwaves).
