“Device”
Use this option to rename the internet radio for the DLNA function. Select the menu option “Rename (AirMusic)”. To
enter, proceed as for the password, as described in chapter 9, “Initial Set-up”.
“Equalizer”
Selectthisoptiontoconguretheequalisersettings.“Normal,Flat,Jazz,Rock,Soundtrack,Classical,Pop,News”are
available. These settings can also be switched directly during playback with the EQ button (R).
“Resume When Power On”
Use this option to select whether you wish to continue to play automatically or not ("on" or "off").
“Software update”
As soon as you open this menu option, it checks whether a new software is available for the internet radio. The display
showsifanupdateisavailable.Youcanthenstarttheupdate.
“Reset to Default”
• Usethismenuoptiontoresettheinternetradiotothefactorysettings.Afterselectingtheoption,conrmwith“Yes”
or “No”.
“Local Radio”
The radio stations in your local area will be displayed if this option is selected.
The following menu options are available when you press the (O and 5) button from station name: Add to Favourites
->Autoscan->Play
“Add to Favourites”
ConrmaselectedradiostationwhileitisbeingplayedandsaveitintheFavouritesasdescribedinthechapter
“10 c) Add station to Favourites”.
“Auto scan”
This activates the auto scan mode. A station is searched, a connection is established automatically and the station is
played for a short time. This procedure is repeated for the next station.
“Play”
The playback of the current /referred station starts on conrming with the OK button (N) or pressing the
DIAL/SELECT (3) button of the device.
Press the (O and 5) button while a station is playing. The stream meta-information of the station is
transported, and the available media information is displayed by pushing this button, e.g. bit rate, track, the
name of the title or artist etc.
8. Operation
a) Connection
Electrical connection
• To start operating the device, insert the power adapter into a mains socket.
• Connect the output plug of the power adapter to the input jack for the power supply (15) at the rear of the radio.
• The internet radio is ready for use.
