• Assoonasyouconrm,alsostartWPSonyourrouteroraccesspoint.Youhave120secondstimetostartWPS
on your router or access point.
• The connection will be established automatically between both devices and the radio will switch to the main menu.
• Select“Yes”ifyouwanttoconguretheWi-Ficonnectionmanually.Theinternetradiowillautomaticallysearchfor
available Wi-Fi networks.
• Select your desired Wi-Fi network with the (H and 8) and (Fand10)buttonsandconrmwiththeOKbutton
(N and 3).
• YoumustenterthepasswordfortheselectedWi-Finetwork.Thisiseasiestwiththehelpofthekeysfrom0to9(L).
Look at the character list in chapter 7 c) Character sequence of each key 0 - 9 (L).
• Press the individual number keys repeatedly until the desired number or letter appears on the display. To go to the
right for the next character position of the password, press the (O and 5) button. If you want to delete the previous
entry, you can do this with the (G and 6) button.
• Alternatively, you can also connect the letters and numbers in each case with the buttons (H and 8)
and (F and 10).
• Toapplythepassword,conrmwiththeOK button (N and 3).
• The connection will be established automatically and the radio will switch to the main menu.
10. Operation and conguration
a) Basic operation
The basic operation of the internet radio is described below.
• The internet radio can be turned on or off with the (K) button on the remote control or with the (4) button of
the device. When you turn it off, it switches to standby mode and displays the time, or the weather conditions if you
have enabled the function.
• YoucanswitchbetweenthedifferentoperatingmodeswiththeMODE (C) button on the remote control. The radio
always switches to the next operating mode when you press the button. The sequence is as follows: “AUX”, “UPnP”,
“iRadio”.
• The display changes to your Favourites when you press one of the (M and 9) buttons. The button does not
function when the operating mode "AUX" is set.
• Youcanopenthemainmenuofthedevicewiththe (B) button on the remote control, or with (11) button of
the device.
• The (G and 6) and (Mand6)buttonshavethesamefunctionontheremotecontrolandthedevice.Youcan
usethesebuttonstonavigatetotheleftandrightinthemenus.Youcanalsogotothepreviousoptioninthemenu
with the (G and 6) button.
• Use the two arrow buttons, (F and 10) down and (Hand8)up,tonavigateupordowninthemenu.Youcan
also use the buttons to scroll through the characters, e.g. to enter the Wi-Fi password. The two buttons have the
same function as the turning movement of knob (3) of the device.
• Pressing the knob (3) of the device corresponds to pressing the OK (N) button on the remote control. For example,
toopenamenuoptionorconrmaselection.
