d) Wired audio playback
The LED indicator light (4) turns off when the is connected to an audio device using
the supplied 3.5 mm cable.
Connect one end of the cable to the 3.5 mm Aux-in (10) on your headset, and the other end
to the 3.5 mm output on your audio device.
- The Bluetooth
®
connection will be interrupted and the LED indicator (4) will stop ashing.
- The controls on the headset are automatically disabled when the 3.5 mm jack cable is
connected.
Start playback on your audio device.
You can now use the controls on your audio device or on the cable to control playback.
e) Button functions
Headset controls
Button Function
This button skips to the previous song in the playlist.
Press and hold to decrease the volume.
FM Radio mode: Short press to scan down to the previous radio station.
This button skips to the next song in the playlist.
Press and hold to increase the volume.
FM Radio mode: Short press to scan up to the next radio station.
Power: Press and hold for 3–5 seconds to power up and automatically place
the headset in pairing mode .
Press and hold for 3–5 seconds to switch the headset off.
Press to enter or exit FM radio mode.
Press to answer ( ) or end ( ) a call.
Double press to redial last number.
Press and hold for 3–5 seconds to decline an incoming call ( ).
Press to play or pause a song.
Press to scan radio stations.
Inline controls
During music playback, press the function button (11):
- Once to play or pause a song.
- Twice to skip to the next track in the playlist.
- Three times within the rst 3 seconds of a song to skip to the previous song in the playlist.
When receiving an incoming call, press the function button (11) to answer or end a call.
Adjust the volume “+” or down “-” using the volume slider (12).
Some mobile devices will not support the inline controls. If this happens, use the
controls on your device.
f) Answering a phone call
When the headset is paired with a mobile phone and you receive an incoming call, the current
track will be paused and the headset will play a ringtone.
Press to answer the call.
Press to end the call. You can also use the onscreen controls on your mobile phone to
answer/end a call.
If the headset is connected to your calling device via 3.5 mm Aux-in (10), the
microphone (3) on the headset will deactivate and the microphone (13) on the
supplied cable will be active. For optimum voice quality, raise the microphone (13)
to your mouth when you talk.
g) FM radio
Before scanning for stations, set the volume level to low (7) as the sound of static
between stations or poor reception may be loud. Radio reception is best in wide
open areas.
Press mode button to enter FM radio mode.
- : Short press to scan down to the previous station.
- : Short press to scan up to the next radio station.
The radio will automatically stop scanning when a station that has strong signal is found.
The last station tuned into will be saved for the next time you enter FM radio mode.
Power saving mode
If the headphones are left idle with no music or call activity, it will power off after 5 mins.
Inserting an Aux-in cable will cut power off to the headset.
Troubleshooting
Cannot connect
- Check the two devices are within range.
- Make sure Bluetooth
®
on your device is turned on.
Cannot hear any sound
- Check that both devices are charged and turned on.
- On the device, play a track already downloaded not streamed.
- Check that the volume is turned up.
Reset the connection
- Refer to your device instructions for information about how to “forget” the headphones, and
then repeat the pairing process.
- Reset the headphones to factory default settings and repeat the pairing process.
Care and cleaning
Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may
damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Do not immerse the product in water.
