• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold
room into a warm one. The condensation generated could destroy the
product. The mains adapter may also generate a fatal electric shock!
Allow the product to reach room temperature before connecting it and putting it to
use. This may take several hours.
• Please follow the legal regulations regarding the use of hands-free devices and
mobile phones in vehicles.
• If you charge the product while driving, place the product and the charging cable
so as to prevent impairment of your ability to operate the vehicle.
• Use the product only if you do not interfere with or endanger other road users.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product.
• Maintenance, modications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an
expert or at a qualied shop.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions,
contact our technical support service or other technical personnel.
b) Rechargeable battery
• The rechargeable battery is built into the product and cannot be replaced.
• Never damage the rechargeable battery. Damaging the casing of rechargeable
batteries may cause an explosion or a re! Unlike conventional batteries (e.g.
AA or AAA batteries), the casing of the LiPo rechargeable battery is made of a
sensitive plastic lm.
• Never short-circuit the contacts on the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the
battery or the product into open ames. This may cause a re or explosion!
• Charge the battery regularly, even when you are not using the product. You do not
need to discharge the battery before recharging it.
• Never leave the battery unattended when it is charging.
• Place the product on a heat-resistant surface before charging the battery. The
product may become warm when the battery is charging.

Operation
a) Battery Charging
• The product is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. Please fully charge the
rechargeable battery before initial operation.
• Make sure that the product is turned off. The ON/OFF switch (7) must be set to the OFF
position. Connect the Micro-USB plug of the supplied USB charging cable to the Micro-USB
socket (8).
• Connect the USB-A plug of the USB charging cable to the USB socket of a USB charger (not
supplied). Connect your battery charger to a suitable mains socket.
• During charging, the corresponding status LED (9) is red. After charging, the status LED
switches off. Charging takes approx. 2.5 hours, depending on the charging status of the
rechargeable battery and the environmental conditions.
• Disconnect the USB charging cable from the hands-free set and the USB charger after
charging.
• When rechargeable battery is low, an acoustic signal sounds and the status LED ashes.
Recharge the rechargeable battery in such case.

Intended use
This product serves as a hands-free set in a vehicle, and can be attached to the sun visor or
other appropriate parts with the built-in clip. The audio signals are transferred wirelessly via
Bluetooth
®
. Power is supplied via the built-in rechargeable battery. The rechargeable battery
can be charged via a USB power source with the supplied USB cable.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture must
be avoided at all costs.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the
product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as short circuits or re. Read the instructions carefully
and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third parties together with
its operating instructions.

a) General information
• The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a
dangerous toy for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, ammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, stop using it and prevent
unauthorized use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
