Station search
• BrieypushthePREV(4)orNEXT(8)buttontochangethereceptionfrequencystepby
step manually. Every push of a button changes the reception frequency in steps of 50 kHz.
• KeepthePREV(4)orNEXT(8)buttonpushedto start station scan downwards or upwards.
• IfaFMstationwithsufcientlystrongsignalisfound,thescanstopsandthestationisplayed
back.
Please set weaker stations by manual station selection.
Usethemenutosetiftheautomaticstationscanistondonlystrongstationsorall
stations. Scanning for all stations may lead to the station scan stopping after every
frequency stop in some broadcasting areas. In this case, set the search setting to
strong stations only.
Station storage
• The device can save up to 10 FM stations.
• The station storage, selection of the stored stations and deletion of stored stations take place
as described for DAB operation.
Calling station information
• PushthebuttonMENU(3)brieytodisplayvarioustypesofinformationonthestation,time
and date you just listened to in the third line of the display (9).
• Push the MENU button (3) once more to move to the next display.
• The contents of the displayed station information depend on the station.
Further operating options can be found in the menu
• Push the button MENU (3) for a longer time to display the menu.
• The following menu items refer to FM operation.
Scan setting Specieswhetherthestationscanis tondonly strongstations
or all stations.
Audio setting Specieswhetheraudioisreceivedinmonoorstereo.
For weak stations, mono reception is recommended, since this
produces less noise.
