• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of
operationandprotectitfromanyaccidentaluse.Safeoperationcanno
longerbeguaranteediftheproduct:
- isvisiblydamaged,
- isnolongerworkingproperly,
- hasbeenstoredforextendedperiodsinpoorambientconditionsor
- hasbeensubjectedtoanyserioustransport-relatedstresses.

• Onlyreplaceadefectpoweradaptorwithanidenticalone.
• Neverplacetheproductonaninstableormovingsurface.Alwaysset-up
theLEDtablelampsothatitcannotfallortip.Iftheobjectfalls/tipsitcould
injurepeople,aswellasdamagetheproduct.
• TheproductbecomeshotintheareaoftheLEDlight,dangerofburns!Act
withcautionwhenhandlingtheLEDtablelamp!
• Attention,LEDlight:
- DonotlookdirectlyintotheLEDlight!
- Donotlookintothebeamdirectlyorwithopticalinstruments!
• Ifthewallplugtransformerisdamaged,donottouchit;thereisdanger
tolifefromelectricshock!First,switchothemainsvoltagetothemains
sockettowhichthewallplugtransformerisconnected(switchoatthe
correspondingcircuitbreakerorremovethesafetyfuse,thenswitcho
atthecorrespondingRCDprotectiveswitch,sothatallpolesofthemains
socketaredisconnected).Youcanthenunplugthewallplugtransformer
fromthemainssocket.Disposeofthefaultywallplugtransformerinan
environmentallyfriendlyway;donotuseitanymore.Replaceitwithawall
plugtransformerofthesamedesign.
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a
coldroomintoawarmone.Thecondensationgeneratedcoulddestroy
theproduct.Theplug-inpower supplyunitalsoinvolvesdanger tolife
byelectricshock!Allowtheproducttoreachroomtemperaturebefore
connectingitto the powersupplyand putting ittouse.This maytake
severalhours.
• Avoidstrongmagneticeldslikeinthevicinityofmachinesorspeakers.
• Whensetting uptheproduct,makesure thatthecableisnot pinched,
kinkedordamagedbysharpedges.
• Alwayslaythecablessothatnobodycantripoverorbecomeentangled
inthem.Thisposesariskofinjury.
• The mains outlet must be located near to the device and be easily
accessible.
• Aspowersupply,onlyusethesuppliedmainsadaptor.
• Onlyconnectthepoweradaptortoanormalmainssocketconnectedto
thepublicsupply.Beforeplugginginthepoweradaptor,checkwhether
thevoltagestatedonthepoweradaptorcomplieswiththevoltageofyour
electricitysupplier.
• Neverconnectordisconnectpoweradaptorsifyourhandsarewet.
• Neverunplugthepoweradaptorfromthemainssocketbypullingonthe
cable;alwaysusethegripsontheplug.
• Forsafetyreasons,disconnectthepoweradaptorfromthemainssocket
duringstorms.
• Consultanexpertwhenindoubtaboutoperation,safetyorconnectionof
thedevice.

Theproductisintendedforuseasalightsourceindry,closedindoorspaces.The
LEDdesktoplampisequippedwith15LEDsthatusemuchlessenergythanordinary
lightbulbs.TheLEDsarenon-replaceable.Usethetouch-sensitivekeytoturntheLED
desktoplampon/oandtoswitchbetweenthethreeavailablelightinglevels.
Itisintendedforindooruseonly.Donotuseitoutdoors.Contactwithmoisture,e.g.in
bathrooms,mustbeavoidedunderallcircumstances.
Forsafetyandapprovalpurposes(CE),youmustnotrebuildand/ormodifythisproduct.
Ifyouusetheproductforpurposesotherthanthosedescribedabove,theproductmay
