Do you need a round or elongated toilet seat?
· On your toilet bowl measure the distance from the center of the
seat bolt holes
to the outside front of the bowl.
· Standard round toilet bowls measure about 16 ½ inches, so you would
need a round toilet seat.
· Standard elongated toilet bowls measure about 18 ½ inches, so you
would need an elongated toilet seat.
How to measure your toilet bowl hole spacing:
Measure the distance from the center of each toilet bowl bolt hole. The above
illustration shows a standard 5 ½ inches hole sapcing.
