Warranty
We stand behind our products. We offer a direct warranty on most of our
items. We do not send you to another vendor or manufacturer; we want to
make the process simple and hassle-free.
After 30 days from the purchase date, we will not be responsible for shipping
costs. Please request for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) before
sending an item back. All returns must be approved. Please fill out the form at
the bottom of this page. A customer support agent will respond with in 1
business day.
Once you receive an RMA#, please send back the item. Once your return is
received a replacement will be shipped in 7-10 business days. It's that simple!
Limitations
In some cases a refund will be issued rather than a replacement. The item
may not be available or due to the nature of our products, shipping one unit
may not be feasible.
