The AM-1 Series Mixing Valve with Temperature Gauge is a solution for both residential and
commercial water heater systems. It makes installation checkout and troubleshooting faster than ever
thanks to the integrated temperature dial readout. It lets homeowners store water at 140° F and higher
to help prevent bacteria growth, but delivers comfortable water temperatures at around 120° F when
they turn on sinks, showers, and tubs.

Multiple connection options including a Union Sweat adapter for
easy attachment and Push Connect support.

by storing water at 140° F and higher, but delivering comfortable
water temperatures out of the faucet at about 120° F.
Meets Safety Certifications
Complies with all necessary industry certifications including ASSE
1070, ASSE 1017, CSA, and IAPMO.
Fewer Callbacks
Teflon® coating helps the valve last longer and reduce callbacks.
