The device enters the
“Safe state in which
the device power
remains on, but the
airow is disabled
and the humidier is
turned o.
Device failure Remove the power supply cord from the
device to remove power. Plug the cord
back into the devices power inlet to restore
power. If the alert continues to occur, contact
your home care provider.
5.2 Tr o U b l e s h o o T I n g
e table below lists some of the problems you may experience with your device or mask and
possible solutions to those problems.

Nothing happens when you
apply power to the device. The
backlights on the buttons do
not light.
Theres no power at the outlet
or the device is unplugged.
If you are using AC power, check the outlet power and
verify that the device is properly plugged in. Make sure
the AC power cord is connected correctly to the power
supply and the power supply cord is securely connected
to the devices power inlet. If the problem continues to
occur, contact your home care provider. Return the device
to your provider, so they can determine if the problem is
with the device.
