All Style Industries, LLC, the manufacturer of roof flashing products (“All Style”), warrants to original
purchaser that All Style products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the remaining
lifetime of the roof being repaired, or lifetime of a buildings new roof. In the event an All Style, product
becomes defective, fails to conform under normal use, or if the original purchaser is not happy with his
All Style Product, then All Style will furnish a new roof flashing product at no expense or refund the
customers original purchase price, less the cost of freight after return of the defective part to All Style
for inspection. This limited warranty shall not extend to, nor shall All Style be responsible for, damages
or loss, resulting from accident, misuse, negligent use, improper application, or integration of All Style
products into other roof flashing products. In addition, any repackaging of All Style products will void the
limited warranty provided herein. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THIS WARRANTY OR
OUTSIDE THE LIMITS OF THIS WARRANTY, THIS BEING THE ENTIRE WARRANTY. ALL STYLE SHALL NOT
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ASSUME LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR LOSS OF
USE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF AN ALL STYLE ROOF FLASHING PRODUCTS. ALL STYLE
AFFORDS AUTHORITY TO NO OTHER PERSON, COMPANY OR ANY OTHER ENTITY TO MAKE CHANGES OR
EXCEPTIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
