PARTS AND FEATURES Floating Valve - Safety valve engages when pressure is built in the cooker and will not allow lid to be removed. It will release when pressure is reduced, lid can safely be removed. Twist Locking Lid - A mechanical safety feature that locks the lid until pressure in the cooker is reduced to safe levels. Removable Cooking Pot - Removable with non-stick coating for easy cleanup and durable aluminum alloy for even heating.
OPERATING YOUR DIGITAL COOKER English Before using your appliance, always check the lid to make sure the gasket seal, pressure regulator knob, pressure regulator stem and filter are clean and positioned correctly. 1. To open the lid, grasp handle and turn clockwise until it stops, then lift. 2. Remove the cooking pot and place desired foods into cooking pot. The amount of food and liquid should not exceed 4/5’the height of the cooking pot.
5 English WARM SETTING: 1. Follow instructions OPERATING YOUR DIGITAL COOKER. 2. Turn pressure regulator knob to VENT. 3. Press WARM button. The indicator light will start flashing. NOTE: The WARM function does not use timed settings. 4. Press ‘START’ button to begin heating. The indicator light will stop flashing and remain lit showing that the cooker is operating. 5. HINTS AND TIPS ABOUT YOUR DIGITAL COOKER • After a period of time the rubber gasket may shrink, harden, or otherwise become distorted under normal use. When this happens or other damage occurs, do not use the appliance. The rubber gasket should be replaced. Contact the Customer Satisfaction Department (800-288-4545) for replacement. • When using the HIGH or LOW pressure settings, the timer will not start counting ‘down’ until sufficient steam pressure is generated.
RECIPES Please note that the information given is for reference only and can be adjusted to the user’s taste. These recipes are for the 6 Qt. cooker, reduce quantities for the 4 Qt. cooker English BBQ Ribs 1 Rack of Ribs 1 bottle of Barbeque sauce 2 C Ginger ale Pour ginger ale in cooking pot. Cut the rack of ribs, to place on the rack in the cooker. You do not want the ribs in the liquid. Add your favorite rub or just salt and pepper and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes. Set regulator knob to SEAL.

Beef pot roast 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil 1 medium Onion, chopped 3 C Beef broth 1 C Water Salt and Pepper to taste 1 Bay leaf Heat oil in cooker, using the BROWN setting to brown roast on both sides. Place meat on wire rack and add remaining ingredients. Cover and lock lid in place. Set regulator knob to SEAL. Program for HIGH pressure and cook for 45 minutes. Release pressure by using the natural release method. Cooker will beep and switch automatically to the warm setting when cooking time is completed.
Buffalo Chicken Sliders English 1 ½ lbs of boneless and skinless chicken breasts 2 cup hot or mild wing sauce 1 cup water 16 dinner rolls (1 ¼ oz each) 1 ½ cup blue cheese dressing Celery and Carrot sticks Put chicken in pressure cooker with 1 cup hot sauce and water. Lock lid and set regulator knob to SEAL on pressure cooker mode. Cook for 10 minutes at HIGH pressure setting. When chicken is complete it should shred with a fork. Add four minutes at a time if more time is needed.
Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with mayonnaise until you reach desired texture. Serve over a bed of lettuce or on your favorite pita or bread. 1 lb shredded cooked chicken 1 ½ cups sour cream 1 pkg of your favorite taco seasoning shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and shredded cheese 8-10 corn tortillas sautéed in oil (purchase in the refrigerated section of your store and follow directions on pkg.) In a small bowl mix taco seasoning and sour cream until blended.
Cilantro Chicken Vegetable Soup English 2 lbs. boneless, skinless, Chicken breast, cubed 1 (10 oz.) package frozen Corn kernels 3/4 C Green Onions, thinly sliced 1/2 C Cilantro, finely chopped 2 C cooked White Rice 1 small Onion, chopped 1 (14 oz.) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded, chopped 1/2 tsp.
1 C Long Grain Rice 1 C Chicken stock 3 Tbsp Parsley, minced Heat oil in the removable cooking pot (use browning mode). Add chicken, sausage and shrimp. Sprinkle meats with half of the creole seasoning, half the thyme and half the cayenne. Cook for 3-5 minutes uncovered, stirring frequently, until chicken and shrimp are thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken, sausage and shrimp with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Simmer until the sugar is dissolved (use browning mode).Place the pears into the pressure cooker, trimming bottoms if necessary so they stand upright. Pork Roast with Yellow Rice and Black Beans Add pork and two cups of Mojo seasoning to pressure cooker and cook on HIGH pressure for one hour. Set regulator knob to SEAL Once cooled, shred and serve over yellow rice. Add black beans, shredded onion and hot sauce for an additional kick of flavor. Squirt with lime. (Tip: place lime in microwave for about 30 seconds to gently heat. Then roll lime on counter or between your hands to release the juices before slicing.
