Setting Equaliser
This feature enables you to choose a sound equalization profile. Each of the equalization setting
will change the tone of the sound from your radio when selected.
1. Press MENU button, and then scroll Joystick to select “Equaliser”, press SELECT button to
confirm.
2. Scroll Joystick and then press SELECT button to select a profile. The equalization profile
options: Normal/Classic/Jazz/Pop/Rock/Speech.
3. To set up My EQ, select “My EQ…”, and then press SELECT button to confirm.
a. Scroll Joystick to select “Bass”, “Treble” or “Loudness”, and then press SELECT button
to confirm.
b. Scroll Joystick to change the value of Bass or Treble, or set Loudness “On” or “Off”, and
then press SELECT button to confirm.
Setting Time/Date
1. Press MENU button, and then scroll Joystick to select “Time”, press SELECT button to
confirm.
2. Scroll Joystick to select options, and then press SELECT button to confirm the setting.
Set Time/date:
Manually set-up both Time and Date
Auto update:
‘Update from Any’, ‘Update from DAB’, ‘Update from
FM’ or ‘No update’
Set 12/24 hour format:
‘Set 24 hour’ or ‘Set 12 hour’
Set date format:
‘DD-MM-YYYY’ or ‘MM-DD-YYYY'
3. Then setting time according to your personal preference.
Setting Backlight
This radio display has a backlight with adjustable brightness level.
1. Press MENU button, and then scroll Joystick to select “Brightness”, press SELECT button to
confirm.
2. Scroll Joystick to select “Power on” or “Standby”, and then press SELECT button to confirm.
3. Scroll Joystick to select backlight level, and then press SELECT button to confirm the setting.
