Network Audio: Finding Tracks
PiXiS IR can play the major audio le
formats from a computer or server on
your local wireless network, including:
MP3, AAC, WMA and FLAC
When you enter Network Audio mode,
you’ll be asked to select your music
source. Click on “Shared Media”.
All available computers on your
network which have been con gured
to share les via UPnP will be listed:
After selecting your desired computer
from the list, you’ll see a list of
available media types. Click “Music”
to nd your shared tracks.
You can browse your collection by criteria
such as Album Title, Artist Name and Genre.
If you like, you can also set up
playlists on your computer, then
access these from your PiXiS IR.
Select an option and you’ll be presented
with an alphabetically sorted list (top right).
You can then browse down through
sub-categories to nd speci c pieces of
music. Just click a track name to play it.
