Vent Outlet
Instructions for
Size 125
Sizes 25, 50, 75, 100, 165, and 200 - Vent is
factory assembled in the horizontal position.

Change the position of the ue collar
assembly for a vertical vent outlet

1. Remove the two center screws (one on each side) that are holding the three
ue outlet pieces in place during shipping. Use these screws and the 16 screws
(#10x1/2" sheetmetal screws) in the plastic bag.
2. Attach the Flue Collar Support - Size 125
• Position the support with the opening
toward the back of the heater.
• Slide the ange on the front of the ue
collar support under the drafthood (top
of the heater).
• Fasten with ve sheetmetal screws.
3. Attach the Flue Collar Assembly - Size 125
(If vent outlet is to be vertical; see Installation
Note, page 5.)
• Position the ue collar assembly
over the rear opening
• Fasten with four sheetmetal
screws.

Vent Outlet Instructions for Sizes 25, 50, 75, 100, 165 and 200
The heater in these sizes is shipped with the vent outlet in the horizontal position and
requires no further eld preparation. However, if a vertical vent outlet connection is
needed, reverse the positions of the at cover plate and the ue collar assembly. See
FIGURE 2.
A size 125 heater always requires eld assembly of the vent outlet. The three sheet-
metal pieces and a parts bag including the instructions and screws are shipped attached
to the drafthood of the heater.
