CODE 280 - Roof
Curb Packages and
Components
Each roof curb package for a
Model RDF system includes
two curb sides, one front, one
back, eight curb dividers for
creating supply and return
air ductwork in the curb, and
hardware for corner assembly
and for installing ductwork
dividers.

Roof Curb and Duct Opening Dimensions
IMPORTANT NOTE: Area enclosed by roof curb must
comply with clearance to combustible materials. If the
roof is constructed of combustible materials, area within
the roof curb must be ventilated; left open, or covered
with non-combustible material which has an "R" value
of at least 5. If area within curb is left open, higher
radiated sound levels may result.

NOTES:
• Drawings are not proportional for all sizes.
• 3/4" (19mm) measurement is the width of the
anges where the roof curb mates with the
heater. Surface of anges must be sealed.
• When cutting duct openings in the roof, cut
opening 1” (25mm) larger than duct size opening
for installation clearance.
