Sending card does not support the bottom half

2048, and vertical resolution 640. Each CAT5 output
is 320 pixels.
All buttons light on together
Check if the dial switch is normal;
Power off the device, check if two red dial switches on
back left part of the device are all upwards, if no, place
them upwards, then power on the device again.
The red dial switches are mainly for upgrade.
