NOTIFICATION SETTING
Proper service and maintenance
leads to a longer life for the water
heater. The Maintenance
Notification Setting can be set by
the contractor during installation
upon request. After 500 hours of
use, the owner is alerted via a
flashing warning code 88 that it is
time to service the unit.
HARD WATER
BUILDUP WARNING
Hard water that can lead to scale
buildup is common in many parts
of the country, and left untreated,
can reduce the unit’s efficiency
and ability to provide hot water.
Our built-in service alert
automatically displays in the
event the water heater detects
scale buildup.
COMMON VENT
COMPATIBLE
Common vent up to ten units
with Rheem polypropylene (PPs)
venting solutions. Venting
multiple units together saves
space and materials and reduces
outside wall penetrations.
SERVICE VALVES
INCLUDED
Every Commercial Tankless unit
ships with service valves, saving
on material costs and making
servicing easier. Installing service
valves allows contractors to
isolate an individual unit for
flushing or maintenance without
shutting down the entire bank of
tankless water heaters.
