Personal Codes
This function allows you to keep
track of machine usage. When Per-
sonal Codes are programmed and
Personal Code Access is turned on us-
ers have to enter their Personal Code
before they send a fax. P.207

when you register or change a Per-

facsimile feature unless they enter

Registering Personal Codes
You can register the following items
in a Personal Code:
Personal Code (any 4 digit number
except 0000)
Name (up to 20 characters)
To change an existing Personal code,
just overwrite it with a new one.
Limitation
On a standard model you can reg-
ister up to 20 codes. If you install
the Fax Feature Expander option,
the maximum number of personal
codes you can register is 50.
