When the Confidential File Indicator

is Lit

If this indicator is lit, a message has been received into memory with Confiden-

tial Reception. You need to print it out manually. ⇒ P.102 “PRINTING A CON-

FIDENTIAL MESSAGE”

If this key is lit, refer to the table below and take the appropriate action.

Problem Solution

Paper has run out. Add paper.

The machine is in RDS (Remote Diag-

nositc System) mode.

Wait with the main power switch on. Ma-

chine will go to the standby mode after it

exits from the RDS mode.

A facsimile error has occurred. The facsimile has a problem. Contact a

service representative. The copier will still

function normally.
