Appendices
The Caplio GX100 can be used with the items (sold separately)
listed below.
• Before using an optional accessory, see the documentation that came with
the product.
• You cannot use the internal flash when using the wide conversion lens or
hood.
• You cannot use the internal flash when the LCD viewfinder is tilted.
• This camera cannot be used with the ST-1 neck strap.

AC Adapter AC-4c Used for power supply from a household outlet to the
camera.
Rechargeable Battery DB-60 Rechargeable battery for use with this camera.
Battery Charger BJ-6 Used to charge the rechargeable battery (DB-60).
LCD Viewfinder VF-1 An electrical viewfinder that attaches to the hot shoe
(case included). This offers viewfinder coverage of
100% and can be adjusted up to 90° without any
parallax, and enables easy low-angle shooting. The
LCD viewfinder (VF-1) is supplied with Caplio GX100
VF KIT.
Wide Conversion Lens DW-6 A wide conversion lens that enables wide-angle
shooting at a lens magnification of 0.79 times
(equivalent to a 19-mm wide-angle lens on a 35mm
camera). Use with the hood & adapter (case
included).
Hood & Adapter HA-2 Includes a hood to protect the lens from sunlight and
an adapter for 43-mm general-use filters. These can
be used to enhance the shooting quality when the
subject is backlit.
Cable Switch CA-1 Used to release the camera shutter. You can perform
half-press and full-press operations.
Neck Strap GS-1 A double-loop neck strap.
Soft Case SC-45 Used to store your camera.
