6.3.2. Adjusting of the Magnets on Conveyance Guide Plate C
Applicable jigs and tools: +Screwdriver.
[Preparation]
1. Open the Front Cover.
2. Check whether the Conveyance Guide Plate C makes contact with the cushioning
rubber when the magnets are stuck to the Conveyance Guide Plate D.
3. If the Conveyance Guide Plate C does not make contact with the cushioning rub-
ber, remove the rear cover and carry out adjustment as described below.
[Adjustment Procedures]
1. Remove the Rear Cover. (Refer to item 6.1.2 on page 6-2)
2. Remove the FNS 108H P/K. (Refer to item 6.3.1 on page 6-30)
3. Loosen the four magnet-holding screws (two at the front and two at the back), and
move the Conveyance Guide Plate C all the way in the direction indicated by the
arrow.
4. Adhere the magnets to the Conveyance Guide Plate A and retighten the +screws.

[Assembling Procedures]
1. Reinstall the FNS 108H P/K reversing the procedure above.
CAUTION:
Be sure to turn OFF the MAIN AC POWER prior to performing the maintenance.
