6.3.18. Adjusting the Staple Orientation (Stapling-and-Folding)
Applicable jigs and tools: +Screwdriver.
[Preparation]
1. If the staple orientation is not parallel with the paper edge, adjust as described
below.
[Adjustment Procedures]
1. Open the front cover and pull the stacker/stapler unit part of the way out.
2. Remove the 2 rail-stopper screws. Then pull the stacker/stapler unit all of the way
out.

CAUTION:
Be sure to turn OFF the MAIN AC POWER prior to performing the maintenance.
