Troubleshooting
Message Cause Solution
An error occurred in the main PCB
3.3VB power supply.
Turn off the power to the machine and
turn it on after a while.
If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor to
call for service.
COM driver becomes the high tem-
perature.
New Print Head was recognized.
The main PCB Q6 is disabled (short
mode).
An error is detected on the wave-
form printed on.
An error occurred in the main PCB
V_CORE power supply.
An error occurred in the main PCB
1.5VB power supply.
An error occurred in the main PCB
12V power supply.
The machine received some data
other than command data.
Securely connect the interface cable
in position.
Use an interface cable conforming to
the specifications.
Any parameter outside the range of
acceptable numeric values was
