In playback mode
Message Details
No image
No images that can be played back are saved on the internal memory or memory
card.
Unable to play back this image
You are trying to play back images that cannot be played back on the camera.
It may be possible to display the images on a computer or another company's
camera.
Data being recorded
Data being processed
This is displayed while new images are being saved.
Deleting This is displayed while images are being deleted.
Compression error
Image compression failed.
Change the quality level or number of recorded pixels and save again.
Built-in memory full This is displayed when there is no space on the internal memory to save a file.
Memory card full
The memory card is full of images. No more images can be saved.
Insert a new memory card or delete unneeded images. (p.12, p.22)
Image folder cannot be created
This is displayed when you are saving a file that cannot be recorded because of
the DCF folder specifications.
No image to be processed This is displayed when there is no image file.
This image cannot be processed This is displayed when the file cannot be processed.
No card in the camera This is displayed when copying images with no memory card inserted.
Available memory on card is insufficient to copy
the images
The memory card is full of images. No more images can be copied.
Insert a new memory card or delete unneeded images. (p.12, p.22)
Memory card error
There is an abnormality with the memory card and playback cannot be done.
You may be able to copy or display images on a computer.
The built-in memory is not formatted The data on the internal memory is corrupt. Format the internal memory. (p.43)
Card is not formatted
The inserted memory card has either not been formatted or has been formatted
on a computer or other device. (p.43)
The camera will turn off to prevent damage from
overheating
This is displayed when the internal temperature of the camera becomes too high.
Protected
This is displayed when the image you are trying to delete is protected on a
computer or other device.
