Term Explanation:
Duty Cycle: The percentage that the High Level takes up the whole Period.
Please Note : for the Frequency Duty Cycle Value
Below 25MHz: 20% to 80%
From 25MHz to 50MHz (included): 40% to 60%
Higher than 50MHz: 50%
