Sweep Frequency Setting
Use Start Freq and Stop Freq or Center Freq and Freq Span to set the
range of the frequency. Press the button again to switch between each other.
 To Sweep upward, set the Start Frequency lower than the Stop Frequency, or set
a positive frequency interval.
 To Sweep downward, set the Start Frequency higher than the Stop Frequency, or
set a negative frequency interval.
