FFT
FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) is used to transform time domain signals to frequency
domain components (frequency spectrum). MSO1000Z/DS1000Z oscilloscope
provides FFT operation function which enables users to observe the time domain
waveform and spectrum of the signal at the same time. FFT operation can facilitate
the following works:
Measure harmonic components and distortion in the system
Display the characteristics of the noise in DC power
  Analyze vibration
Press MATH Math Operator to select “FFT”. You can set the parameters of
FFT operation.

1. Display
Press Display to enable or disable the FFT operation function. When FFT
operation is enabled, the time domain waveform and frequency domain
waveform are displayed separately on the screen by default as shown in
Figure
6-1. The FFT sample rate is equal to 100 divided by the current horizontal time
base in figure above.
2. Source Selection
Press Source to select the desired channel (CH1, CH2, CH3 or CH4).
3. Center Frequency
Press Center and use to adjust the frequency of the frequency domain
