Description
Set or query the source of the current measurement parameter.

Explanation Analog channels (CH1 and CH2) can be selected no matter wether they are currently
turned on.
This command is used to set the source for the measurement parameters (except
delay and phase). The delay and phase measurements requires two sources which
can be set by the
:MEASure:SETup:DSA
and
:MEASure:SETup:DSB, :MEASure:SETup:PSA and :MEASure:SETup:PSB
commands respectively.
Return
Format
The query returns CHAN1, CHAN2, or MATH.
Example

Description
Set or query the source of the frequency counter, or disable the frequency counter.

Query the measurement result of the frequency counter. The default unit is Hz.
Return
Format
The query returns the measurement result in scientific notation. If the frequency counter
is disabled, 0.0000000e+00 will be returned.
