ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
STEP 7 :
Attach Four Plastic Cover(14/15//16/17) on right and left side
with Two M5X12mm(11), using the wrench(21).

CAUTION:
Make sure all bolts and screws are fully tightened before using chair.
Lubricate all moving parts and tighten all bolts/screws every 6 month
or whenever needed.
