End-User License Agreement

(B) If you reside in Canada, this Agreement and any disputes arising in connection therewith

shall be subject to and governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the

Province of British Columbia, Canada, except for its conflict of law rules, and the parties consent

to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, B.C., Canada.
