IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION
This device should only be installed by a professional installer or licensed electrician. Professional installers or licensed electricians
should refer to local laws and building codes before performing any work to ensure that installation complies with local and national
electrical code and safety regulations. The installer also should get consent from the building or pole’s owner to install this device at
their location including to mount the base unit and antenna, plug the PoE+ injector on the power source and connect the grounding
wires to the grounding terminal.
IMPORTANT: The items below are not provided with this device. Prior to beginning installation, the customer or installer must purchase
them separately.
1. PoE+ Injector (802.3at compliant) (quantity 1); For PoE+ connection, use only UL listed L.T.E. with PoE+ output.
2. Ethernet cable (quantity 1, if only using LTE backhaul from this device; or quantity 2, if using Ethernet backhaul from this device, 1 cable
to connect the PoE+ injector P-DATA OUT port to this device’s Ethernet port and 1 cable to connect the PoE+ injector DATA IN port
to local switch or router port); the length will vary based on the distance from PoE+ injector to the device base unit, and the distance
from PoE+ injector to local switch or router.
3. Ethernet cable RJ 45 connectors (quantity 2 or 4); installer will need a crimp tool to make them on site
4. Grounding wires and connectors for the RF lighting arrestors (quantity 4 of each); NOTE: the wire length will depend on the distance
from RF lighting arrestors (included in packaging) to building or pole grounding terminal; installer will need crimp tool to make
them on site
5. Grounding wire and connector to connect the device base unit to building and pole grounding terminal (quantity 1); installer will
need crimp tool to make them on site
If the purchased PoE+ injector is not water-proof or not identified for outdoor usage, please install your device indoors.
It is recommend to connect grounding wires to the grounding terminal, considering the risk for lightning strike to the device during
its installed lifetime.

Your Amazon Sidewalk Bridge Pro by Ring is IP66 rated. It is approx. 26 x 26 x 6cm (10.2" x 10.2" x 2.3") and weighs approx. 4kg (9 lbs).
Identify a location where this device can be installed for long term use, avoiding being placed above high traffic areas. The device base
unit and antennas are designed to support wall/pole mount. Do not install your device at any location that has a potential risk to cause
device fall off, such as walls made of vinyl, stucco, drywall, or wood. Use caution when installing or testing this device while standing
on a ladder.
Users are required to use a power supply for the PoE+ injector that complies with PS2 or L.P.S. certification and approval. Read all safety
instructions for any accessories before using with your device.
Failure to properly follow installation instructions may present a risk of burn or fire hazard.

Small parts contained in the Amazon Sidewalk Bridge Pro by Ring kit may present a choking hazard to small children. Keep small parts
away from children. Your Amazon Sidewalk Bridge Pro by Ring should only be used in accordance with the instructions and intended
purpose. Using this accessory device in any way other than its intended purpose could cause injury to yourself, others or damage to
the device.
Your Amazon Sidewalk Bridge Pro can withstand outdoor use and contact with water under certain conditions. However, it is not intended
for underwater use and may experience temporary effects from exposure to water. Do not intentionally immerse your device in water.
Do not spill any food, oil, lotion, or other abrasive substances on your device. Do not expose your device to pressurized water, high
velocity water, or extremely humid conditions (such as a steam room). Do not expose your Amazon Sidewalk Bridge Pro to salt water
or other conductive liquids.
DANGER — TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE OR ELECTRIC SHOCK, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
• To avoid risk of electric shock, do not touch your device or any wires connected to your device during a lightning storm.
• If the POE+ Injector or cable appears damaged, discontinue use immediately.
CAUTION
• For PoE+ connection, use only UL listed L.T.E. with PoE+ output.
• Power cord of PoE+ Injector must be connected to a socket-outlet with earthing connection.
• Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
