 Overheat Switch: The appliance will automacally
shut down when the appliance exceeds a
predetermined temperature. Determine the cause
of overheat and resolve the issue (i.e. if the lters
are determined to be the cause, clean the lters)
and allow heater to cool before turning back on.
 Flame Failure Device: The appliance will
automacally shut down if the burner ame is
exnguished.
 Oxygen Depleon Sensor: If the oxygen level in
the room drops below a preset limit, this sensor
disables the gas supply to the heater. If this occurs,
turn the heater o and venlate the room before
turning the heater back on. The heater will not
re-ignite unl the room is fully venlated.
 Tilt Switch: If the heater is knocked over, the lt
switch will disable the gas supply. The fan will
connue to purge. To re-enable the gas supply,
stand the heater back to its upright posion, turn it
o, and then back on. The lt switch may also
acvate if the heater is jolted or picked up while in
operaon.
 Power Failure: The appliance will disable the gas
supply if it loses electrical power. The appliance
can be restarted aer power is restored.
 Fuse: The electrical circuits are protected by a fuse.
When the fuse blows, the heater will not operate
unl the fuse is replaced by a qualied service
provider.
