Currently, there are three ignition attempts on SENSEI™ and I-Series products before the unit
displays a Code 11 (SENSEI™) or a Code 110 (I-Series). The SENSEI™ and I-Series
software has been updated to increase the number of ignition attempts to 18 before the unit
displays a Code 11 or Code 110. This software update will improve ignition performance by
increasing the number of attempts to purge residual air that may exist in the gas line.
