Devices such as the room thermostat, outdoor temperature sensor, zones pumps, and relay
controls are connected to the boiler PC Board.
Conrm that the electricity is supplied from a 120 VAC, 60 Hz power source and is in a
properly grounded circuit.
Conrm that an extension cord or adapter plug has NOT been used with the boiler.
Conrm connecon terminals are connected correctly.

Rinnai recommends the use of spade connectors or
similar components for wiring to the screw terminals.
Ensure that the insulaon of the wire is not exposed
to contact any other components besides the
terminal.
If exposed wiring contacts to any other exposed
wiring or metal components, an electrical short may
occur and cause damage to the PCB or other
connected components.
Use proper size of screwdriver for prevenng the
screw on the terminal from breaking.
Do not use an electric or torque screwdriver for
wiring on the PC Board.
Wiring should pass through the grommets provided
at the boom of the boiler.
Use proper diameter and size of wiring.
